2 oz carrot infused vanilla vodka
2 oz cake vodka
2 oz butterscotch schnapps
¼ oz cinnamon schnapps
Peel 2-3 carrots and discard the peels. Use the peeler to slice the carrots into thin ribbons. Place carrot peels into jar or container. Cover with vanilla vodka, seal and store in a cool, dark place for 9 to 14 days. For ideal infusion, shake the container to agitate liquid once daily.
