Star Wars: Blue Bantha Milk

There's nothing more comforting or refreshing than freshly harvested Bantha milk. This curious beast creates milk which is both sweet and, oddly enough, blue. The drink of choice for desert farm boys and planetary queens alike, this creamy yet complex milk cocktail is quick and easy to make and ready to share. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into waiting glasses, or into a milk jug for easy self pouring. 

Ingredients:
9 oz milk
3 oz cream or half and half
4½ vanilla vodka
3 oz blue curaçao
3 oz amaretto 

Make it a Mocktail:
Want to give your little ones all the goodness of Bantha milk without the alcohol? Combine milk and cream with three teaspoons of vanilla extract and a few drops of blue food coloring. Stir until well mixed, then serve.
